DAAD Africa adds €2.5m for refugee scholarships

DAAD and the UN Refugee Agencies have partnered to bring more support to refugee students in East Africa. The scholarship will aid students in completing their Masters at German institutions and will support 19 students of refugee background in its first year.

IIE Announces COVID-19 Donation Match
Since March 2020, IIE has proudly supported over 1,000 students affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and provided over $2.2 million in grants. Recently additional funding has been gifted to IIE and the amount will be matched in order to support more students who have been affected.
