Indiana University of Pennsylvania offers the opportunities of a large university, with the personalized and friendly learning environment of a smaller school. IUP has more than 800 international students and represents more than 70 countries around the world. Scholarships are offered for Intensive English, Undergraduate, Graduate & Doctoral programs. As part of this scholarship, we will reduce the tuition to the In-State rate and also provide $1,000 per academic semester. The approximate funding gap to be filled by students is as follows: Undergraduate: $24,578 per year, Graduate: $25,929 per year. Application deadlines are as follows: July 1 (Undergraduate) July 15 (Graduate) for Fall admission, November 1 (Undergraduate), December 1 (Graduate) for Spring admission.
